Mixed Grass Pollens 200

Description

Mixed Grass Pollens 200 is a remedy to help reduce your reaction to the main grass pollens.

The remedy contaisns: Bent, Brome, Cocksfoot, Oat grass, Meadow fescue, Meadow Foxtail, Meadow Grass, Rye Grass, Timothy, Sweet Vernal, Yorkshire Fog.

Homoeopathic medicines should be taken in a ‘clean mouth’.  This means that the mouth should contain only saliva.  This may be achieved by avoiding food or drink (except for pure water), and not cleaning the teeth, for at least half an hour before or after taking the remedy. A dose is 2 drops under the tongue. If you have purchased an Hayfever Box you will have Synergist, if not you will need to order a bottle

DAY 1 – Take one dose of SYNERGIST followed by one dose of  Mixed Grass Pollens 200 in the morning only.

DAYS 2 to 7 – Take one dose of Mixed Grass Pollens 200 daily. 

THEN, EACH WEEK, FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE ‘POLLEN SEASON’, take one dose  once weekly, without SYNERGIST.

AT ANY TIME, when hayfever symptoms are present you may take up to four doses a day of the FIRST AID REMEDY

THE FOLLOWING YEAR – Repeat the above procedure.
